The price is locked: you pay $12 USD per year, and the renewal price is the same every year.
Why this price?
We rent dedicated servers that we do not fully use anymore. We want to keep these servers, so we offer the spare capacity here at a low price.
We do not plan to give these servers up, and in case of EOL your website will be transferred on our newer AMD EPYC 4585PX servers (or the current alternative at the moment)

Thank you for the note. Both data centers are in use, which is why both are mentioned. At the moment, all new orders will be placed in the Hetzner Germany ,lucky ones who will be on OVH get AMD EPYC 4585PX cpu and locations available France Canada or Germany (with option to migrate ) just to make that clear.

IPv6 IP per domain?
IPv6 is included on every server. All domains on a server share the server's IPv6 address, so there is no dedicated IPv6 per domain
