At least specify what is "high" for you. For me 64GB is high, for some 512GB may be small.

64GB RAM server at ~$12 in France, so about ~$0.1875/GB.
Both are DDR4 ECC, you won't find anything cheap with DDR5.
Second one is impossible to get (KS-LE-B by OVH), first one is hard to get by maybe Heymman @WootWoot (oos atm afaik).
@1gservers should maybe be able to set you at a just slightly higher price per GB, I would ask them.
KS-5-B with 128GB is ~$40 plus tax and one-time setup fee at https://eco.ovhcloud.com/en/kimsufi/ks-5-b/ <- currently available in BHS (and maybe EU as well, have not checked), that would be about ~$0.31445/GB if 128GB are enough.

depending on where u are the price of the hardware and electricity could be cheaper than what youd spend only downside is noise really
Other option: start a search request at Hetzner internal marketplace forum asking for an old PX-121 with 256GB DDR4 RAM, there should be some around at about €50 to €60 plus tax per month with old contracts (so you would have to get that transferred from another Hetzner client).
