Looking Providers VPS US/UK/DE With AMD EPYC / RYZEN

Previously, I was looking for providers that are consistent and offer monthly payment options; if things go well, I will switch to an annual plan.
I am looking for a VPS provider with the following requirements:

amd epyc nvme ipv4 & ipv6
Need many specs like 4 core - 16 core & 8 ram - 64 ram
budget 10$ - 50$
and also provides template Windows (not inc licns)

For the initial purchase, I’ll go with a monthly plan if it turns out well, I’ll upgrade to an annual plan.

@onidel @oloke - link - LG - is great as already mentioned and covers US for you but no UK or DE just NL.

There's also @advinservers - link - LG - and they can cover US/DE.
As well as @hosthatch - link - LG - and they can cover US/UK.

These are great providers offering great performance for affordable prices. All AMD EPYC w/ NVMe-backed storage and IPv4 w/ routed IPv6 at least /64. @advinservers has /48 routed*.
