NetDynamics24: Order Canceled and Client Account Flagged as FRAUD – My Experience with Support
My experience with NetDynamics (NetDynamics24)
Hi everyone,
I want to share my recent experience with NetDynamics (NetDynamics24), so potential customers have some context on how they handled customer communication, plan updates and an account ban in my case.
Order timeline
I ordered on October 16, 2026. The server was an Intel Dual Xeon E5-2620v3 with 32GB RAM, 4x8TB HDD, in the Canada location. The offer at checkout was 100TB traffic @ 1Gbps for $49.00/month.
The estimated delivery window was 1-3 days. While I waited, I saw that the same product page now said "Traffic: Unmetered @ 1Gbit" for the same $49/month. My server hadn't been delivered or provisioned yet, so I opened a support ticket and asked whether my order could be switched to the new offer.
One more detail: although delivery was quoted at 1-3 days, the service showed as active in my account about 1-2 hours after I paid. I hadn't received the server and couldn't use it, but my subscription period had already started.
The ticket
- Michael Vlastos from staff replied that the offer had been updated after my purchase. He offered me the unmetered option as a "courtesy", with a caveat: "as long as you don't abuse it (you can use the 1 gbps periodically but not continuously)".
- I didn't understand that caveat. A plan sold as "Unmetered @ 1Gbit" shouldn't need a rule about using the port only periodically, and I couldn't tell what "periodically" meant in practice. So I asked a direct question: is the line shared? My original order listed a 1 Gbps port with no mention of restrictions on continuous use.
- Staff never answered that question or explained the fair use policy. Their reply was: "It seems you have regretted ordering this server. Should we cancel your order and refund you now before it is too late?" I had asked whether the line was shared, and I was told I regretted my purchase.
- I said I hadn't regretted anything. I wanted clear terms and normal service, not a personal favor, and I asked for either the unmetered plan on a line or my original order clearly defined.
- Staff then wrote: "Sorry we will deliver what you ordered. 100 TB fully 1 gbps, not shared. If you don't want what you ordered, let me know to cancel your order."
Cancellation, fraud flag and restriction
The server still hadn't been delivered and the unmetered offer hadn't been applied to my order. So I politely asked for a cancellation, planning to place a new order under the updated unmetered package. I also said I was disappointed with how the ticket was handled and that I intended to share my experience on LowEndTalk so the community could judge for itself.
Afterwards:
- My order was canceled.
- My client account was marked "FRAUD".
- My access to the client portal was restricted.
I can't confirm why the account was flagged as fraud, and I'd like NetDynamics24 to explain it.
Issues I'd like the community to consider
The website advertised "Unmetered @ 1Gbit", but support told me 1 Gbps could be used "periodically but not continuously". They never defined what that means, and there is no stated fair-use policy or usage limit. To me, that is a contradiction with an unmetered 1 Gbps offer.
When I asked whether the line was shared or dedicated, the reply was that I seemed to have regretted my order. A plain question about the product got a cancellation offer instead of an answer.
When I asked about changing the plan before delivery, I also got a suggestion to cancel rather than a clear explanation of my options.
My account was then marked "FRAUD". My conversation was about plan terms, cancellation and a request for clarification, so I'd like to know what justified that.
Refund status
My invoice appears to show a refund. But since my account is restricted, I can't log in to check the details or contact support through the usual channel.
Could NetDynamics24 confirm whether the refund has been processed, which payment method it went to, and when the money should arrive? Right now I can't tell whether it has actually been paid or just appears on the invoice.
Proof
All ticket timestamps and communication logs are in the screenshots linked below.
I'm posting this to share how their pre-sales and support handled my case, and how cancellation requests and customer feedback may be treated. I have no malicious intentions toward the company. I'm honestly surprised and disappointed at how unprofessionally this was handled by a provider whose website says it has been hosting since 2005. I'd like to understand how a company with that much history ended up treating a simple customer question this way.
If I’ve missed something or made a mistake in any of this, I apologize. But I’ve been buying hosting services for a long time, and I have never seen an approach this amateur before.
Comments
Someone tell these MJJs to explain their issues in 2 paragraphs most. No one has time to read a book about your personal fuck ups.
TL;DR: OP ordered a $49 server ( 1gbps unmetred)... got 100TB @ 1Gbps. Before delivery, the website advertised the same server with unmetered 1Gbps at the same price. OP asked to switch, but support said full 1Gbps could only be used periodically without explaining the limits. After requesting cancellation to reorder, OP's account was flagged as FRAUD and restricted. Refund status remains unclear.
Should be easy enough to just add to the prompt.
But we need MJJs, otherwise the forum runs out of drama.
Nobody is forcing you to comment if you don’t have time to read the facts. The post is about a provider marking a customer’s account as FRAUD after a cancellation request.
Calling it a “personal fuck-up” changes none of the facts and answers none of the questions I raised. If you have something meaningful to contribute, go ahead. If not, scrolling past is free, and it takes a lot less effort than writing a pointless insult.
Oh shit, this time it's not about HostDZire
This is already a great offer for a dedicated server.
Asking for unmetered (330TB/mo) on top of it, instead of 100TB is just being a dick.
Re guards
What a wall of text for which basically could have been:
"They don't want me as a customer, and now I'm crying about it"
How do re-order make your FUP @100TB Unmetered 1Gbps become Unmetered 1Gbps when you already order one with same code name and plan
The issue isn't whether the offer is good or bad—100 TB of traffic is more than enough for me. The problem, however, lies in the statements made and the actions taken.
So, apparently, a hosting provider with no sense of basic decency can behave this way, and people consider it perfectly normal. Interesting.
When I see threads like this, I feel the OP is either trying to teach the hosting provider a lesson or simply satisfy their ego because the host refused to give them what they wanted. But in reality, these threads often do more harm than good.
The more these threads appear, the less providers will want to offer cheap deals on LET. Even 5 troublesome customers out of 100 good ones can discourage a host from posting great offers.
Especially now, when costs are rising everywhere, why the hell would a provider offer dirt-cheap deals just to attract customers who might cause them trouble?
These users need to understand they're only hurting their own chances of getting good deals.
Believe me, it's not about money or an offer. I was already satisfied with the package I rented. The problem is purely behavior and attitude towards the customer. The reason for such an issue is that the account is closed, it is very amateurish. While the customer experience should be very valuable. It is rude to me that he said he can't deal with you and closed the account as a fraud.
They seem to resell yours or leaseweb.
You practically threatened them to post this on LET, what kind of decency do you expect after this statement?
They were nice enough to offer you the new deal with same price, you said no, then you said cancel my order. You don't even know what you want?
I start to think you enjoy these threads
And you are not in any position to dictate anything, you are FRAUD. Remember?
But it's pretty clear that you weren't satisfied with the package you rented, because otherwise, why did you ask to change packages?
Also, as far as I can tell, the unmetered package doesn't say that the 1Gbps connection is dedicated, contrary to what you say in the ticket
Correction - At the time of ordering, it was 100 TB@1Gbps (not unmetered). While they were waiting for it to be provisioned, the provider advertised the same server to have unmetered 1Gbps and OP asked if their server could be provisioned under that new plan. It seems the provider offered to give them 1Gbps unmetered but with an FUP clause as a courtesy. (Probably for the same plan rather than provisioning under the new plan.) As the new offer doesn’t seem to have this FUP it’s only natural for OP to ask questions like whether the port is shared. Then the provider came back with that snarky response and OP asked to cancel the order so they could reorder properly under the new plan. The provider then cancelled the order and marked OP’s account as fraud. I know the fault is almost always on the MJJ’s side, but this one I’m not sure unless we know what happened between the order cancellation and flagging their account as fraud.
On the other hand @NetDynamics24 you mentioned to OP about FUP, but there is no visible FUP on your website. User has to accept Terms and Conditions which is here: https://netdynamics24.com/terms.php
And this page mentions:
There is no specific mention of FUP or what is the allowed limit. Your package just mentions Unlimited @ 1 Gbps with no clear FUP definiton.
Also on the same page you mentioned your privacy policy can be found here with no link.
OP is wrong about going back and forth with your service, but you should also state what do you consider as FUP if you are offering Unlimited bandwidth.
Thanks to all the TL;DR, you are legends 🫡
