Fiberstate - Fantastic Service
So i've been on their network for 3 Years and 1 Months Plus Few days now and my original 5700G was showing SMART Critical Warning 0x04 with Percentage Used at 100% . I notified them today of this issue and within minutes (approx 5 minutes, their reply came that let us do it now if i need and bam ! in less than 30 minutes , the disk is replaced (with a Samsung 990 EVO Plus, an upgrade over the original Crucial one) and server is back up and running !).
I've left reviews for them on WHT Earlier of their fantastic service and I have my TierNet association for 11 + Years as a benchmark for service too but for a unmanaged provider, such turnarounds makes @fiberstate undoubtedly the professionals at best !
If any of you may have 2nd thoughts about their service levels for an unmanaged provider, don't think twice before signing up. My 3+ Years with them has been without any major downtime and for almost any issue, they are always Proactive !
