Is Cloudcone's VPS performance generally very poor?
This is a CPU performance test in rescue mode.

I submitted ticket #1036099 a week ago, and it still hasn’t been resolved. A few days ago, I contacted the vendor @Cloudcone and they said that testing in rescue mode would be much worse than on a normal system. So I had no choice but to reinstall the system to prove that it wasn’t a rescue mode issue—even on a normal system, it performs very poorly. The following are the CPU performance test results on the normal system after reinstalling. Several days have passed, and there has still been no resolution or reply.

they are scamming...
Hi @Beanzy, I was looking through your ticket, and I can confirm that the benchmark scores are generally not low. I believe you mentioned that the other server you tested had better benchmark scores.
This could be due to a busy node that your VM is currently on, which could potentially be addressed by migrating the VM to another node.
I run 5–10 tests every day, and performance has remained consistently low for the past half a month.
How long will it take to resolve this?
Understood, we will check this internally and update you on the ticket
doesn't look good ...
... or - and even better/more fair - by getting rid of those users on the node who fail to grasp the meaning of "fair use", vulgo abusers.
I see your ticket is resolved!
Agree on your point
however, we try to balance the CPUs usage across multiple nodes so clients have space for burst.
There are some occasions we do have to put the fair use policy in place 🫠
