If DeluxHost doesn't support refunds, just be honest and say it upfront.
Support explicitly told me in my ticket that a refund was approved and would be sent back to the original payment method. Well, it’s been almost a month since September 5, 2026, and I still haven't seen a single cent.
Now, DeluxHost has gone completely radio silent and isn't even replying to the ticket anymore.
What "stellar" customer service from DeluxHost—truly unbelievable!

They're very overwhelmed with tickets and hardware issues so their support is slow, but he'll get to you. Should have just pinged him in one of his threads.
