It would be DaddyNerd
I have three of this, and all three is solid. Thanks @dustinc @DediRock @ColoCrossing. One thing is cool to add IPv6 for RackNerd and ColoCrossing.
Copy that, sounds interesting
@TrK - I mean, being certified in anything is quite a status. I support it, love love love!
Hi @tommyluo as with any provider, there will be ranges with challenges but we'll always do our best to work with our customers
Just as I'm sure ColoCrossing does.
@Sayantan that's right, I love it, we love it, everyone does!
#RackNerdGang
@zed -- love to hear this! Let us know how to keep you 100% loyal to RackNerd
All jokes aside, dedirock looks like they're doing great, so no wrong choices.
@Andy10tbit
Love to hear and see this.
Nice! Love to see you giving everyone a chance in the community, but who's the best?
Also, just want to make sure you do know, that we provide IPv6 free of charge
Hi @stable_genius -- appreciate that you see how well we're doing! As for the gear, we offer a mix (very capable) and can provide more modern gear on demand, though pricing will obviously reflect that. We found that the market is attracted to performance and price, so a lot of our deals operate with pricing being on OpEx, vs OpEx + CapEx. There's no denying that a provider who's much smaller than RackNerd may offer "modern" gear, but we do go back to the above, and thus, a provider can find themselves limiting growth as a result. We've been in the game for a long time, we know the industry, we know the clients, we know the hardware, we know the hardware market and so on. We've seen every side of the business.
We focus on what works, what we're great at, and achieve accolades that reflect this. We'll never ever shift attention; that requires our fingers crossed, that's how a lot of the bigger guys end up killing their brand. I've seen it far too many times, and I've done my fair share trying to persuade otherwise.
What about In Amsterdam, is ipv6 available already?
One more time, for me all three of you is the best, but if you insist, I think I could sort all of you like that:
1+) DediRock (because have ipv6, lower price, super active on the LET with specials)
1) RackNerd (pretty solid, stable, very good support)
2) ColoCrossing (just stable)
lol thx @forest
Glad we're chill
Def have made some strides on the technical side. Thx for the mention.
Hey @Tange
Would be good to expand a location to there
Thats a good amount of crypto
@ScreenReader
awesome thx @IonutNM
Price‑wise, DediRock's $7 VPS may beats, but service‑wise RackNerd might have the edge.
Hey @yoursunny,
So is a full /64 something that is needed? All of our nodes and VMs do offer IPv6, but not at that amount currently. Will look into it.
Thx
Awesome @zed

I prefer RackNerd. The prices are good, the specs are fine, and they have many locations.
If you want a cheaper VPS, you can look at DediRock. It depends on what you need the VPS for.
If you choose CloudCone, you will be unfortunate.
Full /64 gets you off the Hall of Incompetence.
Backpack gets …
Awesome
thx @x1arch
Hello @x1arch,
Thank you
definitely working hard and pushing
Hello @yoursunny
There's another hall
I'm gonna say the colon guys however... Not very much of a difference. Purple daddy is stable and nice but crappy old hardware and too much focussed in marketing and scale imho. I personally prefer @DediRock .
Same kinda thing but they didn't loose the human touch. He interacts all throughout the forum not just in his own sales threads so that deserves some bonus points. Also... No gleam! This might be their main selling point thinking of it.
Hello @Saragoldfarb,
Thank you very much for that
definitely enjoy talking on all of the threads
Thx!
I've had some vps's with Racknerd since they started and I have no complaints. Rock solid and low prices. Support has always been fast and nice. If I had to find something to complain about it would be that they are not in Europe and they do not provide automatic ipv6 everywhere. Minor issue, but that's the only thing I can think of.
DediRock had some issues in the beginning but lately it's been running smooth. Still kind of new but looks promising. Considering the price they deliver way more than expected.
You always get a nice answer and it genuinely feels friendly.
My only RackNerd server is in Ireland.
