Looking for BGP Tunnel for Private ASN – Full Routing Table (IPv4/IPv6)

Hi all,

I'm looking for a provider that offers a BGP tunnel service for a private ASN.

Requirements:

• Private ASN assigned by the provider
• BGP tunnel (GRE, IPIP, SIT, etc.)
• Full routing table, IPv4 and/or IPv6
• No public IP and no public ASN required
• Private BGP community use
• We only need to receive the full table. We will not announce or advertise any prefixes

If BGP tunnel is not available, I'm also interested in a KVM VPS that allows a BGP session with similar usage:

• KVM virtualization
• Ability to establish BGP session (private ASN, no public IP/ASN needed)
• Full routing table IPv4/IPv6
• No announcing/advertising prefixes from our side
• Root access / ability to run BGP daemon (FRR, BIRD, etc.)
• Optionally, able to run VPN server and private networking between VMs
