you can go for ovh rise L $149.99, and then mask the ip by a DCMA HA vps 1gbps $13/year. ovh can be arranged to non-kyc if trusted payment. Go from coin to card with some % exchanger, too.
I can also propose some configures for AMD Ryzen 9 9950x in a vps ($30), s3 storage ($10/1TB), and a streaming proxy, to reduce the cost to less than $60, DMCA safe. But that will require tech stack changing. if you want to go down this route, I can help.
