Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a reliable Storage VPS or Storage Box / Block Storage to mount to my primary application server located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Netcup).
Here are my requirements:
Specifications:
- Storage: 2 TB to 4 TB (RAID-protected HDD or Hybrid/SSD-cached).
- Location: Western Europe (Netherlands, Germany, UK, or France preferred) to ensure low latency (< 15ms) to Amsterdam.
- RAM / CPU: Modest specs are fine (e.g., 1–2 vCPUs, 1 GB–2 GB RAM).
- Bandwidth: At least 10 TB–15 TB/month on a 1 Gbps or 2.5 Gbps port (unmetered preferred).
Access / Protocol:
- Managed Storage Box with NFS, SSHFS, CIFS/Samba, or SFTP support.
Use Case: Static web assets & media file storage .
Budget:
- Around $5 / month (flexible up to ~$5–$8/mo depending on disk size and location).
- Monthly or quarterly billing preferred (open to annual if reputable provider with good history on LET).
