Low End VPS or Dedi
So what I need is simple. A dedi supporting virtualization (KVM) with a /29 IP block.
That or a VPS service allowing nested KVM.
I do not care about the specs, storage, or network. I would prefer 1 GB min on RAM.
What will make a sale for me is the price. The lower the better as this will be a throw-away box for a month while I test some stuff.
I have found offers from $50-$70 already and looking for a lower price.
As long as the server connection isn't laggy and its usable I will be fine. Oh, and a decent ticket support for OS reload or IPMI access.
Location can be anywhere, but I do prefer USA.
Priorities Summary from Most Important to Least.
- KVM or nested KVM support depending on the service
- /29 IP block
- Price
- Location

You'd just need to open a ticket after purchase to get the additional IPs (If it's for virtualisation justification will be no problem), will also need to mention on the ticket you want nested virt enabled.
