Looking for Cheap VPS in Singapore & Chicago for Private Game Proxy (<$10/mo)

I’m looking for VPS recommendations or provider offers to host a private game proxy between Singapore and Chicago. Ideally, I’d like both locations under a single provider (or two reliable budget providers), provided the cross-continental routing is direct and stable.

Requirements:
vCPU: 1-2 vCPU
RAM: 1-2 GB
Storage: 20 GB SSD / NVMe
Bandwidth: 1 TB+ (scalable if needed)
Locations: Singapore & Chicago
Budget: <$10/month total (or per instance depending on specs)
Network: Low packet loss and stable routing.
Target latency between SG and Chicago: <190ms – 200ms.

Must-have:
Looking Glass / Test IPs for both locations so I can test latency, routes, and MTR prior to ordering.

Single providers:

• @ShockHosting - link - LG - they have Chicago and Singapore. The SSD-KVM-2GB would bring you to exactly $10/mo total. Cheaper when prepaying over monthly terms.
• @hosthatch - link - LG - they also Chicago and Singapore. Although the entry plan has 10GB NVMe whereas you want 20GB, so you'd need second entry plan @ $6 bringing you $2 over budget and over-spec.
• GreenCloud @NDTN - link LG - they also have Chicago and Singapore. Although for the sale plans, you have to prepay annually (for most of them) and the plans are often out of stock.

There's also @Advin - link - LG - where you can do a Johor, Malaysia (just above SG) & Kansas City, Missouri (right next to CHI) combo. The LG shows exactly 200ms between the two locations and I'd argue KC is better than CHI in some cases. Although these would also be a little over-spec for you and plans start at $6/mo for entry.

For an individual SG provider, checkout @onidel - link - LG - premium provider at affordable prices. their SG location and overall service continually receives praise, and rightfully so. You can make a custom plan w/ just 1C/1GB/20GB NVMe for just $3.75/mo, and cheaper when prepaid over monthly terms.

For individual CHI provider, any of the single providers mentioned above are good.
