Looking for an inexpensive but reasonably beefy box that a friend and I will split.

Budget: ideally $20-40 USD total (willing to prepay/annual if provider has a decent reputation)

Location preference:

• USA/Canada strongly preferred
• Central/East NA is also fine
• UK is acceptable if deal is significantly better
• Europe won't work for us

Hard requirements:

• Unmetered / unlimited transfer with NO numerical monthly TB cap
• Shared networking is fine (obviously I don't expect dedicated line-rate 24/7 at this price)
• But please don't offer "10G, 20TB" / "50TB" / etc.

Network:

• 2.5Gbps+ strongly preferred
• 5/10G shared would be awesome
• 1 Gbps unmetered is acceptable only if the compute/RAM/value is exceptionally good

RAM:

• 24GB minimum
• 32GB preferred
• 48/64GB would be amazing

CPU:

• Ryzen 5000/7000/9000 would be ideal
• EPYC Milan/Rome is good
• Older Xeons are acceptable if the price/RAM/storage makes up for it
• Please mention the actual CPU model, not just "EPYC"

Storage:

• ~200GB+ SSD/NVMe strongly preferred, more is better!
• Cheap HDD/SATA storage or the ability to add a secondary HDD would be a huge bonus
• Hybrid SSD + HDD setups are totally fine

Obviously not looking for a dedicated 10G transit, etc. for $20 😂, I understand this is LowEnd territory. Mainly trying to find the best RAM/CPU/unmetered-bandwidth value possible.
