Looking for UK/EU based VPS (2vCPU & 2/4GB RAM) <€3-4 EUR/month

Hi,

I am looking for a UK/EU (Germany, France, Netherlands etc.) based VPS with preferably the following:

Price: €3/Month (€4 /month MAX but prefer not to)
Prefer a monthly price first but open to then commit for a year (<€40/year)

Specs:

2vCPU
2GB RAM (4GB if possible)
Unmetered Bandwidth @ 500Mbps+ or Metered Bandwidth @ 1Gbps+
x1 IPv4 Address

Requests will mainly originate from the UK, therefore the ability to do a Looking Glass test would be ideal, if possible a YABS test as well.

I had come across AlphaVPS @AlexBarakov , who appear to be fairly reputable, but unfortunately they are out of stock of their UK VPS.

Prefer to deal with reputable providers with a track record.
