Refunds
Original-payment refunds require all of the following:
- A request within 24 hours.
- ≤10 GB combined inbound + outbound traffic.
- An IPv4 address not blocked by the GFW.
Alipay / WeChat Pay: Refund requests are self-service.
Stripe: Submit a support ticket for a refund request.
If the time or traffic condition is not met, refunds go to account balance.
GFW-blocked IPv4 services and crypto payments are non-refundable.
