Searching for highest network uptime provider in West Coast (Los Angeles).

CPU = 6 - 12 Cores (latest amd would be great)
RAM = 64 - 128G
Disk = 1 TB
Uplink = 1 - 10G
Bandwidth = 30 - 50 TB
IPs = /28 subnet
