2026 Summary of SMS Receiving Platforms (Temporary and Long-term Numbers)

Many times we need to temporarily use a phone number, for instance, to register on overseas websites, test SMS verification code interfaces, or for account verification experiments. A "SMS receiving platform" becomes a convenient choice. An SMS receiving platform provides services for receiving SMS verification codes via virtual or real phone numbers. I have encountered quite a few issues before; some platforms cannot receive SMS at all, some have delays of half a day, and now many platforms require a second verification. Eventually, I have compiled several stable and personally tested platforms to share with everyone.

• Personal Experience: Verification code reception is very fast, capable of receiving verification or other SMS; most of the time codes arrive within 10 seconds. The long-term number acceptance rate is over 90%.

• Advantages: Supports long-term rental, with a maximum rental of 360 days per instance at low cost; first choice for secondary verification.
