[Request] Dedicated Server near AWS us-east-2 (Ohio) – <5ms RTT Preferred, 64/128GB RAM, 4TB NVMe, 1

Hi,

I'm looking for a dedicated server with very low latency to AWS us-east-2 (Ohio) for a latency-sensitive blockchain RPC / real-time data feed service.

Network latency is the most important requirement. The server does not necessarily have to be physically located in Columbus or Ohio, as long as the routing to AWS us-east-2 is excellent.

Hardware requirements:

CPU: 8+ cores preferred, no specific CPU model requirement
RAM: 64 GB minimum, 128 GB preferred
Storage: at least ~4 TB local NVMe, preferably enterprise/datacenter NVMe
Network: 10 Gbps port preferred
Traffic: at least 50 TB/month, preferably 100 TB+ or unmetered
Linux / Ubuntu

Location / Network:

Columbus / Ohio preferred
Cologix COL1/COL2/COL3 / Ohio IX connectivity would be especially interesting
Other nearby US locations are also acceptable if the routing is better
Good routing/peering toward Amazon AS16509 / AWS us-east-2 is much more important than physical location

This AWS us-east-2 IP responds to ICMP and can be used for basic RTT testing.

My current benchmark from an Ohio provider is approximately 6.7 ms RTT, so I'm specifically looking for something better:

< 5 ms RTT: interesting
< 3 ms RTT: highly preferred
1–2 ms RTT: ideal

I also need good routing toward:

3.136.74.196

This target may not respond to ICMP, so an MTR/traceroute or TCP/443 test would be very helpful.

I'm mainly interested in real measured network performance rather than geographic proximity.

I've already tested a Columbus/Ohio provider where the traffic was routed through Cleveland → Chicago → AWS, resulting in approximately 10+ ms RTT, despite the server being physically located in Ohio.

So offers from providers outside Ohio are also welcome if you can demonstrate <5 ms RTT to the test target.
