- How billing works,
All prices are in USD.
We use hourly pricing, with compute charges prorated by actual billable seconds. The $4.99 and $9.99 prices are 730-hour reference amounts, not a requirement to prepay for a fixed monthly, quarterly or annual term.
Add funds to your account and use your balance for service charges.
Powering off an instance does not stop compute billing, because its resources remain allocated.
Successful deletion stops further compute billing for that instance.
Previously incurred usage charges remain payable.

- Traffic and networking
Outbound transfer is accounted for through a monthly regional Traffic Pool, shared by your instances within the same region. Traffic pools are separate between regions.
Inbound traffic is free.
Regional overage rates apply if you exceed the included outbound pool.
The advertised 1 Gbps port speed is not a guarantee of sustained throughput to every destination. Actual performance depends on routing, destination networks and network conditions.
- Locations and Test IPs
You can check routing and latency before ordering:
Location Test IP
Miami, United States 64.81.171.254
Frankfurt, Germany 179.61.225.254
Amsterdam, Netherlands 179.61.241.254
These addresses are for ping, traceroute and basic latency testing only. They are reserved test addresses, not IPs assigned to customer instances. Please do not use them for stress testing or continuous throughput testing.
