I am looking for E3s with ateleast 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD (preferably 2TB) in US. Budget less than 40$. Let me know if someone has good stock for such low end machine.

I looked at their inventory nothing matches the budge and specs..also unmetered port is preferable.

OVH US has an e3-1270v6 with 32gb ram and two 1.2TB NVMe at $41 plus taxes plus one-time setup of $20 plus tax in Hillsboro Oregon (500 mbit unmetered)

Otherwise wait for the E3-1240v3 with 32GB DDR3 RAM and one 1.92TB SSD with by heymman at (I think it was) $22 or the like, always low on stock, you have to be fast to shoot a return to base server...
