VPS request with SMTP

Hi everyone!

I am reaching out to y'all for a VPS with following configurations:

4GB RAM
2v CPU
20GB -40 GB disk space
Location - US preferred
Bandwidth Unlimited or at least a TB per month.
Should allow SMTP
Payment - monthly $4 -$5
IP - 1 IPv4 dedicated. I prefer ones that comes with a /64 Ipv6 also.

I self host my email for personal stuffs , I have been doing this since an year and built solid IP reputation but one day my current provider decided that they will shut SMTP network wide temporarily to come up with a robust SMTP whitelisting solution and its more than 3 months but their work is still in progress. I am looking for a provider where I can stay long term peacefully. If my ask is too much pls let me know i am ready to negotiate for resources at price i can pay.

OVPN.com offer static IP's you can tunnel just for SMTP, but you do need a base VPN plan but it's an option and there are cheaper options

Just a recommendation had similar long-term issues with emails, renting IP's this way has been solid for me
