Looking for a cheap (KVM VPS) in USA

I currently have (KVM VPS) Racknerd which has been great. However I needed more SSD space. I am looking for 2 options within the USA.

I currently have 8.5GB RAM, 115GB SSD HardRive, 19.53TB and 4.5Core Processor

I am looking for either below that is cheaper and reliable. I have been very happy with Racknerd but running to storage issue.

Any suggestions for Ubuntu server. Also anyone know of a windows server?

1. 8gb RAM 2. 500GB to 1TB Storage 3.Bandwidth 6TB (Preference is 20TB) 4. 4 core Processor

or

2. Keeping a seperate server for storage where the site stores shop products pics, backup database and backup copy and using the server for stagining.
