Budget 20usd stretch up to 25 USD, I been with on of reseller AS983 for 2 years but recent state the reseller are not been good with none existence support and payment gateway issues since early August.

Don't recommend me reseller leaseweb, serverpoint, I had 5+ VM from leaseweb, 3+ from serverpoint.

I been watching fdcserver for 25usd package I think lowendtalk forum can offer other options.
