I have about $95 in my pocket currently. And I am looking for some cheap Dedicated servers or VPSs. I do not want those huge ones that costs $90 per month(Its huge for me anyway). Probably like $30 per month would be nice. And I need as much ram as I possibly could so that I can test my projects and share this with my co-ed's. I do not have a fixed income, but think I will decide and I will handle the finance.

    The TOS is not so great :)

    Revision date: 11/17/2013

    To ensure the best performance for all of our customers, we use the following policies:

    Your VPS should not have a load of 4 for more than one hour, or your VPS will get restarted.
Your VPS should not have a load of 2 for more than two hours, or your VPS will get restarted.
Your VPS is configured to send a maximum of 50 emails per hour. If you have justification, please open a ticket and we'll raise this limit for you.

    Please note that the CPU cores are shared and they are not dedicated to you. We allow you to use all of your cores for your peak times, but you cannot use them for an extended amount of time.

    IF YOUR VPS(S) GETS MORE THAN ONE DDOS ATTACK (IN TOTAL), WE ARE GOING TO REFUND YOUR LAST PAYMENT AND STOP THE SERVICE.

    SO NO LOAD, NO DDOS, NO MAILS, Then why should anyone buy this? just look how nice is to have so much ram and you cannot use them, because if you run games/hosting, your load get's up and you get reboot, and also if you get ddos , then say goodbye:)

    A dedicated server with 18Gigs of RAM would be quite exotic :)

    Of course no DDoS. There are providers who offer DDoS protection, they should go with them if they get DDoS attacks.

    Mail limitations are to stop spammers. As mentioned there, legit people can send any amount of mail they want.

    Me i got that, but like i said it is simple to add a cPanel/WHM and added 10 sites i got load of 4 5 because this is how cpanel works with load, but i don't whant to say if you get ddos by mistake you are down, if you have load which i know what means you are down, this is why i hate openvz for this things because all on here is shared and overselling a lot :) so normal you can get 16GB ram for $20 when the fact is that 10 more users use the same plan and the same amount of ram, this is why comes this nice TOS, this VPS should not be ordered if you do any of the things they writed in TOS.

    Yeah, the ToS is a bit rough. Not that 'BAD Urrrgh' much.
