UK providers, budget dedi E3, E5? [WTB]

Hi,
Am looking for some UK dedicated server options, we have OVH but the HW needs don't really fit with what i need or help expanding.

Looking for E3, E5 offers for a proxmox node,

64GB + RAM
High storage, need around 1TB RAID 1
IPv4 /26 IP RANGE, smaller will work for now.

Any suggestions? I see Veloxserv on a older page offering some E5's cheap.

What budget do you have for this ?

We do have on standby
