Looking for Spain (or adjacent) VPS

Hello,
I'm planning to migrate from a certain provider. Need a VPS as close to Spain as possible. Can accept PT, FR and ES with the latter being the preferred, others only if ping/peering/offer is good.

2 possible options: 1c1g or 2c4g (I'll adjust my use case based on that)

Number of Cores: 1 or 2
RAM: 1GB or 4GB DDR4
Disk Space: 10GB / 40GB+
Disk Type: any, pref SSD

Bandwidth: Around 1TB should be fine, expansion appreciated
Port Speed: 100Mbps+

DDoS Protection:
No need

Number of IPs:
1 IPv4 + 1 IPv6 (preferred /64)

Location:
Preferred ES, or adjacent (PT, FR)

Budget:
Undecided for the 1c1g.
No more than 50€ + VAT per year for the 2c4g one.

Billing period:
Prefer yearly

I'm aware of the ionos 2c2g for 4 a month (1 a month for a year) but that's my last resort, exploring other options.

    Didn't wanna say it myself but yes, even AWS is cheaper if you don't need a high performance SSD/lots of network...

    Thanks! From looking glass IPs it seems to have good ping but some more hops for me than melbicom or arsys. But it is cheaper on the minimal config (even more on annual rate) so :)

    I might go with this, when I get the courage to migrate... Latest end of month ig
