I found them too when comparing benchmarks. Checked the imprint of the parent company. Managing director "Ankie Herfs" and an address where many virtual offices exist. Not sure if they are legit. https://clearstack.nl/imprint/ I don't want to sound sexist, but woman as managing director for a hosting company is very rare? I don't know any other off the top of my head.

Yes, but the companies you mention are not small VPS companies but huge corporations. When I see virtual office + female director, it's often some shell corp bought via sfm.com or whatever.

As a agency who works with prof. design on daily basis, i dont see he copied you 1:1 - He did create a nice UI though. This type of designs already exist heavily out there.
There is nothing "unique" in your ui which has been copied.
Colors, fonts, buttons, even the structure is not even 1:1
we are a registered company and pay our taxes. we own our subnets, we are a RIPE LIR and we own our hardware.
