Recently found out about Cloudblast and pricing seems really competitive for 10gbps unmetered. Though seems constantly out of stock and older Epyc CPUs still for 10gbps unmetered it is very cheap.
Are there any other providers like this that offer decent VPS's with 10gbps unmetered at a reasonable rate?
E.g. have not been able to find anything with similar specs at similar rate to-
€9.6/month
or € 0.014/hour
4x AMD EPYC
8 GB RAM
40 GB NVMe Storage
10 Gbps @ Unlimited

are you even going to use "10Gbps"?
I've been using hammervm which is pretty decent price in america for high network. but i personally use the sweden location cause of ram.
