Need a Tokyo VPS that doesn't have JPNAP connection
I know this is a weird ask, but my provider occasionally has unstable connection to JPNAP, while having 0% packet loss to all other IX and Tier 1 providers. I'm looking for a Tokyo VPS that doesn't connect to JPNAP at all since it seems my provider defaults to JPNAP if the other side has a connection there, while the VPS should still have stable local and international connections...
Does anyone know of one? Thanks for any help!

We have Tokyo location and you can check the network using our Looking Glass: https://jp.lg.kuroit.com
Plans listed here: https://my.kuroit.com/store/tokyo-jp-vps-servers
Thanks for your reply, it seems your upstream is hostuniversal/CDN77, which my provider defaults to JPNAP, unfortunately which is the one I want to bypass.
After Google "Tokyo Looking Glass", I did find a few that would go through BBIX instead of JPNAP, currently the upstream that works this way seems to be:
Looking for cheap and reliable options...

Thanks for the reply! Orangevps seems really ideal since somehow my provider has direct peering with them. Their 60% OFF annual discount also looks great. BUT their VPS Basic Plans don't seem to have a Tokyo location. I don't know if they're sold out.
Actually I had another look, Orangevps upstream seems to be Hytron. Hytron has a huge problem in Tokyo, their connection to NTT’s overseas POPs always go through Hong Kong no matter what. This means that when I play FFXIV, the ping to the North American DC and Australian DC will be over 150ms (NA)/230ms (OCE), which is far higher than the normal <110 ms ping, so I can't proceed with this option.
Have you tried asking your provider to investigate the loss? Realistically there should be zero loss regardless, and it would be better if they can fix the underlying issue or reroute.
I think I will try find a m247 downstream provider, rarecloud seems cheap, but I tested their test IP, the ping doesn't look very stable compared to other m247 providers that I cand find...
Yes, they said it’s normal and there’s nothing they can do about it. The JPNAP packet loss only happens once or twice a day, with about 10% packet loss for a few minutes at a time. I can see it on my Smokeping. Normally this wouldn’t be a huge problem, except when I play online games...
