Were to buy cheap refurbished desktops in Europe?

Hi all,
I need to buy 3 or 4 cheap refurbished desktops to setup an AI lab test environment at home so I can play around.
Looking for small factor and cheap like for example DELL 7060.
If anyone knows an online shop in Europe, please tell me.

BargainHardware.co.uk is a nice place to get them. If you put an EU address and VAT number and select UPS they ship them directly from Ireland and you don't pay the UK customs (only 1/2 euros more for shipping than DHL). Probably best to give them a call before completing check-out to ensure they do it correctly for you though, their default is shipping from the UK.
Intelligent Servers and RenewTech are also good alternative choices, though more expensive and sometimes without direct images, forcing you to look up directly via reference.
Anything on Germany ?
And If I want to buy as private person I'll get full rage of EU customs?
