All morning long, their network has been down. It happens every other week pretty much.

When you get in touch with support, they reply after couple of days if that so.

They're having issues with Core Router 3. I’ve had at least three outages this week so far. Today’s seems to be the longest one yet.
We have an issue with one VM node, the router #3 has already been resolved and didn't impact any customers.
We will post updates for the VPS node (HV40) as soon as my colleagues have replaced the hardware parts.

Servers are back and running in approx. 5 minutes. All virtual machines are booting up.
