Slower CPU, 1/4 of SSD (not even NVMe) and 1/4 of HDD (not even SAS). Half the bandwidth speed. Sure, I don’t see a reason for him not to take it.

OVHCloud perhaps. I got a HGR-STOR-1 through this reseller called Andy10gbit, and he was able to get my public bandwidth upgraded from 10G to 20G unmetered for free. Had the same double bandwidth upgrade on a Scale server as well. STOR-1 at OVHCloud checks all the boxes.
