10-30GB SSD root drive
2TB HDD/RAID, will be reading and writing to it fairly consistently (making split archives and sending them to cloud storage)
10TB+ bandwidth, more is appreciated
root access is a must
IPv4 needed, NAT is fine (at least 5-10 ports)

A plan that matched this was HostBrr's hybrid storage VPS, but it's just out of range for me (60EUR/~70USD.) I'm willing to pay for a full year upfront.

Dug around even more, decided to bite the bullet and go for the HostBrr plan. Talked with support and they were open to doubling bandwidth since I planned to pay annually.

Good choice with brr - cheap enough to experiment with for a few months if nothing else.

I use them for backups via SFTP and works a treat
