2TB HDD storage VPS with 10TB or more bandwidth, budget 60USD/year
1-2 vCores, Intel/AMD, doesn't matter
1-2GB RAM
10-30GB SSD root drive
2TB HDD/RAID, will be reading and writing to it fairly consistently (making split archives and sending them to cloud storage)
10TB+ bandwidth, more is appreciated
root access is a must
IPv4 needed, NAT is fine (at least 5-10 ports)
A plan that matched this was HostBrr's hybrid storage VPS, but it's just out of range for me (60EUR/~70USD.) I'm willing to pay for a full year upfront.
