I'm looking for a small VPS in India and would appreciate offers.
Requirements:
Location: India (Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Noida or similar)
CPU: 1 vCore
RAM: 1GB
Storage: 20GB+ SSD/NVMe
Bandwidth: 1TB/month
IPv4: 1 dedicated and clean: not on Spamhaus or the major blocklists, no abuse history. This is the one hard requirement, so no NAT or shared IPs please.
KVM preferred. Please state which you're using, "cloud VPS" doesn't tell me much.
IP swap if the assigned one turns out to be listed would be nice
Budget: up to $20/year
Terms: 1 year, paid annually. I plan to keep this long term, so please confirm if the renewal stays the same rate.
Payment: PayPal
Use case: self-hosted RSS aggregator and uptime checks for my own sites. It makes outbound requests all day, so a listed IP can get blocked everywhere.
For reference, HostDzire posted an IN CloudVPS LET-Special a few days ago that I missed:

I can pay a little more than that for a clean IP and a confirmed renewal rate.
If you could give the IP range or ASN before ordering so I can check the reputation myself, that would be great.
