DeluxHost: Server Offline → Account Locked
I couldn't connect to the server, so I contacted the provider to resolve the issue. Their "solution"? They simply banned my account.
What makes it even more ironic is that my important data is still on that server.
Server inaccessible. Account inaccessible. Data inaccessible. And now, apparently, customer inaccessible too.
Is this how DeluxHost handles customer issues?
I can understand server problems; I can understand technical glitches.
But what I cannot understand is this:
Why does a customer who reaches out on LowEndTalk for help—because they can't connect to their server—end up getting their account banned instead of receiving a solution?
Now, no matter what password I set, I cannot log in.
I can't access the server, I can't access the account, and changing the password doesn't fix it.
@DeluxHost I want you to step up and argue your case, like a real man.
