Looking for cheap IPV4 VPS specs aren’t so important it will be a mail proxy outbound 25 will need to be enabled.
This is for a project, this particular VPS will not see real-clients, or any serious usage it’s purely development usage & testing. (E.g we will be simulating IP abuse, blocklists etc) we will only be sending mail from and to inbox’s we own. (Clarifying this for those that are concerned about the usage for mail.) - Can KYC for this project if required.

Again can KYC, no IP will be blacklisted as nothing will happen other than developer testing, simulation is just that, a simulation services have sandboxes for a reason. Done all local testing possible want to ensure system works with live DNS etc.
