Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a VPS for long-term use and would like to see what providers or resellers can offer.

My target budget is around $80 USD per year. I can consider something slightly above the budget if the configuration/value is particularly good.

What I'm looking for:

• CPU: AMD only
• vCPU: At least 3 cores
• CPU performance: Geekbench 5 single-core preferably 1200+
• RAM: More than 8GB — the more the better. 12GB / 16GB / 20GB+ offers are very welcome.
• Storage: Not important. I don't need a large disk, so I'd rather trade storage capacity for more RAM or better CPU performance.

• Location preference:
  Los Angeles (LAX) > US West Coast > other US locations > Europe > other regions

• Billing: Annual payment preferred

• Budget: Around $80/year

This VPS will be used for long-term services, so I care more about provider stability, reliable infrastructure, and consistent performance than extremely aggressive specifications.

Older promotional plans, special offers, discontinued plans that can still be provisioned, or reasonable transfer offers are all welcome.

We've actually interacted a little on NodeSeek before, and I've been keeping an eye on GatewaySentry for a while. I have a pretty positive impression of what you're building.

The VPS-8 in Los Angeles is genuinely interesting to me — the 4 vCPU / 8 GB DDR5 / 80 GB NVMe configuration is already very close to what I'm looking for.

I noticed the annual price would be $96/year at the regular $8/month rate. Since I'm happy to pay annually upfront and I'm looking for something I can keep for the long term, would you consider offering a small annual-payment discount?

No pressure at all — I just thought I'd ask since this is currently one of the offers I'm seriously considering.

Thanks for the recommendation! I took a look and ended up finding an even more interesting GreenCloud deal — $74 for 3 years with 7777MB RAM.

Honestly, that price/spec combo is kind of insane. I was pretty shocked when I saw it, haha.
