Minimum specs:

• 1 core
• 2G RAM
• 15G storage
• 4TB bandwidth

I can pay YEARLY. In need of something really cheap with great networking, wherever in EU is fine. I prefer NL, BG, DE, FI.

Your spec on our EPYC configurator, so 1 core on AMD EPYC Zen 3 Milan with ECC DDR4, 2 GB RAM and 15 GB NVMe in RAID 1, comes to 3.84€/mo, or 3.46€/mo with code LET10. On a 12 month term that's 37.32€ for the year.

That's above the 30€ you named, so I'll say so directly. What you'd get for the difference is that the 4 TB isn't a limit you'd need to watch - there's no monthly volume at all, no counter and no per-GB overage. For a Pangolin instance proxying traffic that's usually the part that ends up mattering.
