VPS with IP SWIP
All years again... i look for SWIP, RIPE, ARIN, no matter, either use my handles or create new with supplied data (notably not the customer account/billing data). Must have reverse DNS (via ticket or mail is fine). Must set Country: field to specified, NetName and Remarks irrelevant, Abuse can go to ISP (abuse-c). No abuse expected.
Any location, prefer RIPE/Europe. RIPE IPs outside RIPE region are fine, 185 space is fine.
2-4 consecutive IPv4 with SWIP, KVM, 1 vCPU, 5TB, other specs irrelevant as personal VPN/Proxy
Paid yearly or 6 monthly
Open budget but be reasonable, i can rent an entire /24 for barely over hundred bucks.

@ColoCrossing can do SWIP for customers if I recall correctly, better to confirm before ordering though.
