So now i'm using https://livedrive.com and very happy with this... 5 TB Cloud Storage + Backup Storage @ ~25$ per month...
How about Yandex Disk? 30 USD for 1 TB. It uses a client but client has linux version. I think there's WebDAV too.

Their support hasn't been that great; pretty hit or miss. I typically just have to wait it out. The problem usually gets cleared by the next day.
