Sorry, we don’t currently provide a public test IP. Our Japan ISP IPs are allocated to dedicated servers, and we do not currently operate a separate public test endpoint. For reference, the image below shows an IP classification result from the same network.
Please at least disclose first 3 octets of IP to try to traceroute?
