How to contact 1gservers.com? My server is down.
Second time server down because of overheat. 1gservers.com website is down as well, phone support is not available. How do I contact? They don't seem to have good cooling system. Last time, downtime caused data corruption and they took ZERO responsibility. Not happy at all. I didn't have complain in 4 years but this is not good at all. Can anyone recommend a reliable dedicated servers company?

It is the DC they are colocating in.
I would try [email protected]
Or just be a good guy and wait for temperatures to cool down and operations resuming?
Changing providers isn't going to help if you're still going to host everything in 1 DC with the provider (or if that's all they have).
It's still a single point of failure, a single regional issue can take down multiple DCs in the same area (look at what happened with Azure US West 2).
You have to diversify across multiple DCs in different regions, and if possible, different vendors, and implement your own DR/HA configuration to failover/recover.
Sadly, they host their email in the same place. So email is useless. No reply to their disused Facebook account. No action on their Twitter account in years. They need to work on their OOB communications strategy…
@yoursunny can you make list of problematic datacenter
Anywhere you go, no matter the provider -- eventually you're going to have a catastrophic failure be that "DC wide", with the SAN, or just your server. There's no such thing as "reliable". Reliable means that you don't keep your eggs all in one basket like people are saying here.
I've had severe failures with Psychz, 1G-Servers (first time now), with Linode, with AWS, with Vultr, doesn't matter is the general motto. Every few years you're going to be hit with something, gotta plan ahead based on what you need. Shit happens-
But I do agree that a provider should-not run their support system on-site, and should have backups ready too.
@a2razor I totally agreed with you. If I have no way of contacting provider, I can't upidate my clients when their service will be restored.
