Looking for providers who can geolocate IPs

Hi everyone,
A bit of an unusual request, but I am struggling to find affordable providers with native IPs in some exotic locations (eg the Caribbean) for a private VPN.
I am therefore interested in providers who can offer servers with IPs that are announced with custom geolocations via their geofeed.
With regards to specs for the server itself, I don’t need much: min 1c1g15g with 1Gbps port and at least 1TB monthly traffic.
Budget would be limited given it’s for a private vpn - ideally $1-2/m.
Let me know if you know of anyone who might offer this.
