I would really help you, but the stock can't be always enabled by us, depending on the reason why it's out of stock.
But the Leaseweb plan is not out fo stock, the US location is.
So your best bet is putting https://console.cloudblast.io/create/server on your second monitor and keep refreshing it until you can get it.
