I am looking for a dedicated server in the Southern California region. Please give me an IP address to test with.

I would love a rent to own option, but it isn't required.

I need 8 to 16Gigs of RAM.
I need 4 Cores, but preferably 8.
l5420's will work, but newer processors are better.
10TB of bandwidth
A good network that doesn't get attacked a lot, or at least AutoNulls in place.
30Mbps or faster connection speed.
VMware supporting.
200+ Gig hard drives, 2 drives would be nice.
