HostBrr Cancelled My VPS with No Response
I am new to this stuff and maybe most of it is my fault, and the purpose of this post is not to defame or blame anyone so I am requesting the experienced users to please do not bash me for posting this and guide me if any of it is my fault.
With reference to the Anniversary Deals of HostBrr I had NICE-EPYC Anniversary VPS and they graciously upgraded my storage to 150GB instead of the base 60GB that they are offering on the order page.
I also ordered two other VPS for testing, one smaller and one bigger, as I wanted to upgrade to the bigger plan anyway. But soon after I was provisioned with the new VPS, I realized that I will not be needing them so i wanted to cancel the renewal, but me being new to this, mistakenly chose "Immediate Cancellation. Here's the ticket and response:

I told them that i am getting EPIC-EPYC Anniversary again and requested to upgrade my storage to 250GB, to which they said no. I had already ordered new VPS again, We had a discussion and I requested for the upgrade and they said no. To which I agreed, and sent this last response, to which they never responded:

Aftyyer no response, I created another ticket with Priority as Emergency but they didn't even reply to that as well:

They neither credited my account, nor added months to my active VPS and no response to my tickets. I got the invoice due notice, and ultiamtely my VPS got cancelled.
Here's a summary of my tickets:

I am not here to start a 'me vs. HostBrr' debate or to try to tell people to beware of HostBrr. I just need some consolation and understanding from the experts on whether any of this is my fault, or if I wasn't treated well.

"mistakenly chose Immediate Cancellation"
meaning you do not need this server anymore
Massive skill issue
it was an honest mistake.
Yes did not want to pay for next months.
But in all this, my concern is no response from HostBrr, they could've atleast told me that they will not credit or add months to other service.
I never asked for refund, my only concern is they didn't even bother to reply me, when I had a ticket with Emergency Priority and my VPS got cancelled during that period.
But did you ask for the cancellation?
It was cancelled due to non-payment. The same VPS to which I requested the addition of service months against the amount that they owed me.
That would be done with a credit invoice. How old are you?
No, you ask for $22 imaginary doller
That's my point. My due invoice was generated, HostBrr already owed me so I created a ticket to either clear the invoice or credit so that I can pay with account credits, and they did not reply me, this is my only conccern.
Yes, I believe account credit (HostBrr Portal) is indeed imaginary dollar.
Most providers unless you agree before you process anything will not credit remaining time or apply it to another service.
Also, adding a daily "update" to the ticket will move that ticket back to the bottom of the queue since tickets are normally processed by who has waited the longest, adding another reply just resets that counter making you wait longer.
Thank you, I did not know that. But the Emergency Ticket is only one message.
I'd expect the resolution for accidental cancellation would be to un-cancel them and reinstate the service for whatever time was remaining (though you may have to reinstall the vps, since the data was probably deleted).
That's all really.
