Servitro: Update on Recent Service Issues, Ticket Backlog, and Next Steps
Hi everyone,
We want to address the recent stability issues directly and share what we are doing to resolve them completely.
First, all of our other host nodes are running smoothly with zero overload or overselling. However, one specific host node server7756 has been experiencing persistent daily errors.
To resolve this as quickly as possible, we are taking a two-pronged approach:
Active Troubleshooting & Fixes: We are working directly with the datacenter engineers to identify and resolve the root hardware/network cause on server7756.
Parallel VPS Migrations: Simultaneously, we have started migrating VPS instances one by one to alternate stable hosts to reduce load and minimize risk for affected clients.
Why It Takes Time: Server7756 hosts around 500 VPS instances and over 12TB of data. Transferring data safely while actively troubleshooting takes time, as data integrity is our top priority.
Compensation & TOS Override: We fully recognize the disruption this has caused. We will be compensating affected users for the downtime. Additionally, we are making an exception to our standard Terms of Service (TOS) to offer full refunds for anyone on this host who wishes to cancel.
We appreciate your patience while we fix the underlying issue and move workloads to safety. If you are on **server7756 ** AMD EPYC 7763, please submit a ticket or drop your Ticket ID below so we can assist you directly.
