Ravnix's ticketing service is terrible!
Why have I been submitting tickets to Ravnix for almost 4 months! Ravnix merchant customer service has not responded at all! I only remembered this today when I cleaned up the disconnected server; otherwise, I would have almost forgotten about the ticket!
