Network optimized for mainland China is preferred
Budget: Under $200/month

    If Salt Lake City is Acceptable, I assume Portland is even preferable. That is a good price, though. Probably a good bet.

    I assume Forked could come up with a plan for you. They accept crypto, I think even with a discount.
